Mail and calendar, read on our servers so the night shift can ingest and triage.
Office manager
The office already ran.
Steward is a hosted office manager for firms of one to twenty. You connect Gmail, Calendar, one QuickBooks company, and the phone. Steward works the night shift. You sit at the Table.
Sign-in asks Google for your profile. Connecting a mailbox is a later step.
The three rails
QuickBooks
One company file. Bills, receipts, and the books — posted only after you sign.
Phone
The marketing line. Calls are recorded on our side and drafted into appointments you approve.
Night shift, then the Table
Night is unsupervised on purpose: ingest, triage, extract, match, draft, file. The office did run. Nothing that leaves the building or moves money goes out until you say so at the Table. Send, post, pay, write the calendar — those wait for you.
Four rooms
The morning brief. What ran. What needs you.
One approval card at a time. Send · Edit · Hold · Note this · Punch list.
Mail, calendar, and books as libraries. Watching lists, not an inbox clone.
The 10pm–6am shift log. Steward worked. You review.
Human in the loop
Steward is not a command center and not an unsupervised intern. Irreversible acts wait. Approving a payment is still your payment.
Steward’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. How we read Gmail and Calendar is in Privacy.
